Issues related to Internet governance are discussed; information and best practice is presented.
Contributes to the development of the Internet's opportunities, to confronting emerging risks and challenges, as well as to the universal understanding and solution of problems.
ArmIGF initiates the The Internet Governance Council of the Republic of Armenia (IGC) which was formed by the decision of the RA government in 2014, in order to develop and present recommendations for solving issues related to Internet governance.
The Council members are representatives of different stakeholder groups such as the Government, Private Sector, Academia and Non-governmental organizations.
The Secretariat of the Council is the “Internet society” NGO.
